EyeMD EMR Diagnostic Device Integration List

Introduction
This document is not meant to provide a definitive list of the Diagnostic Machines that EyeMD EMR is capable of interfacing with, nor a definitive list of each device’s interfacing capabilities.
If you have a diagnostic machine that is not listed in this document please contact EyeMD EMR to verify that it can be interfaced and any additional materials needed in order to do so.
In order to use DICOM integration, the DICOM capable devices are required to be connected to the network.
Older diagnostic machines that do not have networking capabilities can still be integrated by using a print capture device called a Red Titan. This device will connect to the diagnostic machine’s printer port and also to a networked PC that is located in close proximity to the diagnostic machine. This PC will capture the print job from the diagnostic machine and convert it to a PDF document that can be imported by EyeMD EMR.
